To my readers and survival students.

From josh Ketcham

Today I have spend the last year beating lymphoma again . All is well but this has been a difficult task. Unlike the last battle, I lost 60 pounds through the chemo and radiation. Through out the entire battle, I never once gave up on God and life. Attitude is the key to any endevour.

I lost my younger sister two weeks ago. She had Hodgkins lymphoma and gave up.

The difference between her and I was that I chose to get better, to fight this situation and win. So far it looks that way.

The lesson here is never give up. Depending upon your goal wheather survival, business, work, friendship, school, success is never giving up. There is no failure if you continue to move forward. When you give up, you fail. If you do not accomplish your goals at first, lean and adapt and move forward to your next step. You will survive and accomplish the task.

Remember you are not alone in this, God is there with you. He is testing your mental attitude to make you stronger. You give up, you lose. Don't.

If you are facing a situation, and need someone to talk to, I am here. You can always call me. 775 741 0735. Please do.

From Josh Ketcham

To my readers and survival students,

One month ago I was diagnosed with lymphoic cancer. I was told that I may not have a long time to live. I am 53 years old and have never been ill in my life. When I was told by my Doctor of my situation, he commented that I took it very calmly. I told him, I was not going to react but listen to what he had to say and then move foreward.

Why am I telling you this? This is the key to survival in any circumstance. STOP. I really use this in my life and have always used it. It works in all survival situations.

Worry, does not aid in any survival situation and certianly not in this one. My thoughts turned to my family and those around me. My first thought was to GOD.

We all need to have a strong foundation to work from and for me God supplies that foundation.

Since that time, I have undergone Chemo and radiation. I have been told that the cancer has not spread and that it should be 100% curable.

Attitude plays such a big part in survival and healing. I have not just been writting down words but everything in this web site has been proven and tested. Now I am in the survival for my life and again I am living buy my teachings and what I have been taught.

I tell you this so that when you get into a situation that seem impossible, remember to Stop, Think, Observe and Plan. Then take action. Do not let worry or fear enter into your thinking and cloud your judgement. I did not do research on the topic because I did not want to plant seeds of fear in my mind. Remember, you mind is the most important survival tool you have and it is the difference between life and death.

Thank you for reading this. If I can be of any assistance to anyone, pleaase call me at 775 741 0735.

Sincerely,

Josh Ketcham

Folloup:

31 August.

Dear Readers,

It looks as if I should be back to 100% in a couple of weeks. I have my sense of taste and some hair. Other than that, I have a whole life to look forward.

Attitude is a key factor in surviving cancer or for that fact any life challange. Do not ever give up hope and work to keep your sense of humor. Cancer feeds on fear and anger. Do not let it conquer you or your thoughts.

I will know in one month if my lymphoma is gone. Remember keep the faith.

Sincerely,

Josh Ketcham

3 December 2009

Dear Reader

I have regained my taste, hair and have no long lasting effects. I will go in for blood work on 30 December of this year (2009) and have my blood tested.

It is times like this that try our courage, faith and love ones around us. Again, the key to survival is attitude.

There is no doubt in my mind that there is a GOD and he is all Loving.

Sincerely,

Josh Ketcham
